The Superior International Junior Hockey League (SIJHL) is proud to announce that Dryden will host the 2026 SIJHL All–Star Weekend, showcasing the league’s top players in a two-day celebration of junior hockey excellence.
Head Coaches Announced
As the host community, Dryden’s Head Coach Jake Gushue will serve as Home Team Head Coach.
Larry Wintoneak, Head Coach of the 2024–2025 SIJHL Champion Kam River Fighting Walleye, has earned the role of Away Team Head Coach.

Friday, February 6 – Skills Competition and 3-on-3 Showcase
Saturday, February 7 – SIJHL All–Star Game
Player Selection Format
All–Star rosters will be determined via a formal selection draft.
Draft Date: Sunday, January 11, 2026
Draft Order: Away Team selects first
Each All–Star team will consist of 17 players:
9 Forwards
6 Defensemen
2 Goaltenders
All seven SIJHL member clubs will be represented by a minimum of four total players, with a maximum of one goaltender per club.
Live Press Conference and Fan Q&A
The SIJHL, host committee, and coaching staffs will host a live press conference on Friday, January 16, featuring official All–Star roster unveilings and a live fan Q&A session.
