The expansion Kam River Fighting Walleye of the Superior International Junior Hockey League invites members of the press to attend a media conference at 1 p.m. on Tuesday, March 10 where two major announcements will made, involving the club.
This event will be held at the Sleeping Giant Brewing Company, 712 MacDonnell St., in Thunder Bay.
Among those on hand will be Derek Geddes and Kevin McCallum of the Walleye’s ownership and hockey operations group as well as SIJHL commissioner Bryan Graham.
Geddes and McCallum, and invited guests, will all be available to further discuss the news once officially released.
A light lunch and refreshments will also be served.
