Talon Thomas Commits to the Fighting Walleye

Thunder Bay, ON | The Kam River Fighting Walleye proud members of the Superior International Junior Hockey League are pleased to announce the commitment of 2000 born forward Talon Thomas.

The 6’6” 230 lbs Thomas, who hails from Duck Lake, Saskatchewan, played the second half of last season in the WSHL, where he put up 22 points in 34 games. Prior to that, Thomas had a 45 game stint in the MJHL for the OCN Blizzard.

“Talon is a veteran forward who brings a unique blend of size, toughness and skill to our club. The sky is the limit for him in the SIJHL as we believe he has the potential to be a dominant player,” said Fighting Walleye GM Kevin McCallum.

“I am excited to see what Talon will bring to the club, with his size and experience we expect big things this season,” stated coach Matt Valley.

Welcome to the club, Talon!
