Thunder Bay, ON | The Kam River Fighting Walleye proud members of the Superior International Junior Hockey League are pleased to announce the commitment of Trent Keewatin of Martensville, Saskatchewan.
The 2000-born Keewatin, 6’1” and 205 lbs, plays both forward and defence.
In 2019-20, Trent suited up for 21 games in the WSHL, where he compiled 43 PIM to go along with 3 points.
Walleye general manager Kevin McCallum is happy to add Keewatin to the roster.
“Trent brings size, toughness and versatility to the team. We expect him to be a solid player for us,” said McCallum.
“I am excited to get Trent to Kam River and get him on the ice, he will bring a larger than life presence and physical presence to the club,” remarked coach Valley.
